Leif started his career as a planning and cost engineer in Saga Petroleum (Now part of Equinor) in 1984 before working in Bjørge Group and Informasjonskontroll. He then spent 16 years in the Orkla group including six years in Corporate Development managing strategy and M&A projects, three years in Denofa as sales and marketing director, three years in Idun Industri as sales and marketing director and three years at Orkla Food Ingredients as business development director. Leif founded Synergos in 2009. He holds a MSc in Mechanical Engineering from NTNU and an MBA from Henley Business School, London.

Nora has 20 years’ experience working with strategy definition, implementation, IT and digitalization, M&A and business development. Her career has given her significant international exposure working in global companies (McKinsey, Alpharma, Xellia, Wallenius Wilhelmsen) and living abroad for several periods both in Europe and US. Nora holds a Master of Science/ Engineering degree from INSA Toulouse in France. She also has an Executive MBA from London Business School with distinction.

Ove has more than 25 years of experience from Corporate Finance and M&A. Ove started his career within Corporate Finance as CF analyst at R.S. Platou Securities, and continued as CF Advisor at Handelsbanken Markets, Partner CF Advisor in Fondsfinans and Senior Advisor CF in DNB Markets. Since 2013 Ove has worked with private M&A. First in Weibull where he started as Senior M&A Advisor before he became CEO in 2014. He was CEO/Partner in SJ Corporate for 5 years, before he joined as Partner in Synergos in 2023.

Anders has been working in mergers and acquisitions for nearly 25 years, with a primary focus on the sale of companies within the SME segment. He has extensive experience with various start-ups, assisting them in capital raising efforts. Anders has worked in M&A both as an advisor and as an in-house expert within major Norwegian corporations. This has provided him with broad experience across different types of transactions and stakeholders. Anders holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

Gjermund , bringing valuable experience from Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM), the Norwegian sovereign wealth fund. During 6 years at NBIM, Gjermund gained broad experience through rotations across departments, most recently focusing on analysing equity and fixed income investments in the Investment Risk department. This background has provided him with a strong foundation in risk analysis and investment strategy. Gjermund also has tech experience from the consulting firm BearingPoint, where he worked with data analytics and strategy, primarily within the finance and media sectors
