ECIT acquires 50.1% of the shares in Evercom AS. The acquisition strengthens ECIT’s position in delivering audiovisual solutions, and the partnership provides Evercom with the opportunity to explore new markets.

Evercom is headquartered in Oslo and specializes in audiovisual solutions for the public sector and larger organizations. The company had NOK 112 million in revenue in 2022.
