The consolidation of the Nordic accounting industry continues with ECIT’s acquisition of Norian from the Norwegian PE fund Longship.

Norian is a BPO service provider within accounting, salary, and automation. Norian had 265 MNOK of revenues in 2020 and 550 employees. It is headquartered in Norway with offices in Sweden, Finland and Germany. In addition, Norian has developer units in Poland and Lithuania.

Norian has highly skilled employees and dedicated resources that provides the company’s customers with excellent customer service. Norian has come far in the technology shift the industry is currently experiencing and has acquired a leading position within automation processes.

ECIT will alongside Norian have 2 100 employees in over 80 offices in Norway, Sweden, Germany, Finland, Poland, Lithuania, Denmark, United Kingdom and Serbia. In total, ECIT will have revenues of above 2 500 MNOK with an EBITDA margin above 10%.
