Goodtehc ASA has signed an angreement with the Chinese company Anhui Guozhen Environmental Protection Technology Joint Stock Co. Ltd (GZEP) to divest all shares in Goodtech Environment AS (GEAS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Goodtech ASA. GZEP is a large-scale environmental technology company operating within the wastewater treatment and waste management industry in the Anhui province in China. Synergos acted as financial advisor to Goodtech ASA.
